At LEWKIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
